Do goats and cats get along? I saw these little guys while wandering the Greenmarket in Union Square with my friends Jimmy and Cori. We tried to see Coraline, but it was sold out for the next two years.

Oh me too. My favourite are Nubian goats. They have long floppy ears and a roman nose. I swoon over them every year at the fall fair. Apparently goats are only happy in threes though. Well, two cats plus one goat. That’s three 🙂
Aw, they are cute. Last year, when I was up to my eyeballs in brickwork and replacing the fence and fixing the shed, I threatened to get goats to help keep up with the lawn!
My cat loves to run across the road and visit with the goats who are always escaping their pasture and grazing on the verge. I think he spends nights with them, sometimes, too. So yeah, I think cats and goats probably get along. On farms, anyway.
You live across the street from goats?? You are SO LUCKY.
Nicole, brickworking???
Nadine, where is the fall fair?
Yes, ma’am. I spent several months last year bricking my front porch, tearing out the existing sidewalk and replacing it with bricks. You can see the finished product here.
