This is 385 and 387 Bleecker Street in 1928.
Here it is today. #385 has a Marc Jacobs store. I wish I could remember what it was when I first moved in, but I can’t.

I did look at the pix but really couldn’t place the one with the kids. It’s our corner! Thanks for the id on it. As far as the kids in drag – the pix were titled Thanksgiving Ragamuffins. I’m guessing it’s some sort of extended Trick or Treating Season. I’m not sure. Maybe one of your readers has some idea about that.
