Once again, I am SO jealous of Karen and her bird feeders. She recently sent me picture of this bluebird at her feeder. Even her finches are more colorful than mine.

And I am *so* jealous of Betsy and the pileated woodpeckers! I’m sending along a picture of a female downy woodpecker who comes most days to the feeders.
I’ve had more birds so far this winter than in the past – juncos, yellow-rumped warblers, finches, nuthatches, cardinals, etc. Must be all the snow we’ve gotten and, according to the local forecast, will be getting again this weekend.
