by It’s weird living in a tourist/shopping destination. Especially on a nice day. But it’s fun on Fashion’s Night out, which is Thursday this year. Store after store has some sort of event going on, it’s loud, and it’s not something I can really participate in, but it’s an entertaining spectacle and sometimes I get a free lipstick or something out of it.
I always forget it’s going to happen, but this year I’m ready and I will get lots of pictures. The Sex and the City block of Perry Street is usually closed off for a block party and there are bands, sometimes fashion stars, always good picture-taking.
