This was a little unnerving. As I came out of the ASPCA hospital on Saturday, I saw an EMS (Emergency Medical Services) truck accompanied by two NYPD vans. What did that mean?
Please send this to the NY Times and any other large publication that might print it. It’s really informative and what better time to get some meaningful change in our government than now? It brought back memories as I remember my family going to our elementary school in the ’50’s, waiting in line and getting the polio vaccine that was for everyone. Everything now is “how can I make a buck” mentality for the scoundrels that pervade our society. Call them out now.
From my perspective, this is why we need Elizabeth Warren on the ticket or similar high office. I think Biden must know that or else he is tone deaf to where the country is going. If we can get corruption out of government then we can begin to actually get the people back in it.
Oh god, I couldn’t agree with you more. She is not only more progressive than anyone else calling themselves progressive, she is more informed and educated about how corruption is entangled within our system, and how to begin to untangle it.
