I don’t believe in God. I am so used to that bringing out the hate, it was a pleasure to see this film on YouTube! Not only did it have an atheist positive message (when do you EVER see that?) but the people commenting were friendly. It didn’t get ugly!
It made me feel good and not alone in the world. People can disagree with me without hating me (and wishing me dead or left-behind in some post-apocalyptic world).
Technically, I’m an agnostic. I don’t really know either way. Atheists say I’m being a wimp, but I think I’m just not being a know-it-all. I really don’t think there’s a God though. I guess I’m an atheist with some reservations.

I share your view. I was raised Catholic but never really believed any of it. I feel like I can think for myself, don’t need to rely on religious dogma to guide my beliefs or actions. I compare my ethics and morality to the religious and don’t find myself lacking. I’m comfortable and do not fear life or death. It seems to be that more of the world’s problems are based upon religious factions fighting other factions than any other issue. Or at least other issues such as competition for resources are aggravated by religious competition. I don’t understand why people are so intent on trying to persuade others to believe whatever they believe. And judging them so harshly for not.
Agree, agree, agree!!
