Thank you, Denver! A friend spotted this and took a picture. Woohoo! I’m so happy it’s still on the shelves and in at least one store it was given the honor of a staff recommendation. (Although being next to Kazuo Ishiguro gives me an “I am not worthy” feel!)

Cool! I plugged it on my blog this week and some of my friends have voiced plans to read it.
Oh, thank you so much!!! I really appreciate it!! Word of mouth is probably the best thing anyone can do, thank you!
Hi Stacy, I’ve been lurking here ever since I heard about 5 minutes of your appearance on Coast to Coast.
I plan to order your book as soon as I get to the bottom of the pile I am presently reading. (There are those misguided souls who dimly imagine I have some expertise in this area.)
I like your cats and I like your site, and some of your previous books deal with subject matter I find intriguing. I imagine I’ll get around to them.
As a native Texan I live a long way from New York City, both culturally and geographically, but I’ve liked New York on the occasions I have visited it.
Hi Greg! Thank you for visiting and de-lurking! I’ve only been to Texas once and it was for a business trip during the hottest day of the year, and I didn’t get to see anything, alas.
