Mice, what’s the deal?

We have mice. Mice who like to flirt with danger, it would appear. Yes, there’s food right there, anytime they want, but they are also surrounded by killing machines. One of the killers is currently hampered, I realize, but I’ve already had to rescue a mouse from the other one.

Stay away, mice!! (That duct tape is me trying to limit their points of entry.)

  1. OMG that is hilarious that you even managed to capture one on camera! I have had mice years ago and they are not fun unless they are pets confined to cages. They chew everything and poop everywhere. So, sorry about it. I bought mothballs for use in places like the garage where the dog wouldn’t go, and even though I never used up all the mothballs and have had a half empty box of them for over 20 years, the garage still smells like mothballs! So, don’t go that route.

    Good luck with your rodents.

  2. Oh geez, that’s amazing that you got a picture, I agree. I’ve had good luck with those plug in’s that emit a high frequency sound only the rodents can hear and which drives them away. Amazon sells them and Lowe’s – they aren’t expensive. They’re safe to use around cats and dogs..

  3. These mice are fearless. I even got video of one being stalked by the cats. I’m going to make a video of it eventually. Thanks for the sympathy and the suggestion of the plugin.
