It’s been five months since Finney had major surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. So far so good. I haven’t seen any indications yet that the cancer has spread elsewhere. The hair has not grown completely back, as you can see. It makes him look so frail and vulnerable when he walks. But he seems okay to me. Old, but okay.

YAY Finney! Keep on keeping on!
After all, that’s a stage of life we’re just lucky if we make it to: “old but okay.” That’s going to be my new mantra.
I can’t believe its been five months already. Time flies by. Happy for y’all.
I am glad Finney is doing okay. “So far so good” as that little girl said when she called 9-11 when her dad had a heart attack. As for getting old, I suppose as long as you are okay, it doesn’t matter how old you get. I keep doing my yoga so that at least I don’t move like an old lady.
I’m so happy to get this update. Yay Finney! And my god, isn’t it shocking how different out kitties are underneath all that fluff? But I can see that there’s no shame in Finney’s game; he knows he’s still hot hot hot.
BTW, is NYU going to do that internet history thing again this year?
Thank you everyone! Yeah, I’m going for old but okay, perhaps occasionally great.
Vivian, I don’t know if there will be another Mistakes Were Made. I haven’t heard. It would be too bad if there weren’t. Laney, the person who produced it teaches in Georgia now, but she managed to do a second one.
