by I went out to shoot pictures of the NYC holiday windows, but I feel like no one was really trying this year. It was so lack-luster everywhere I went. I think people are having a hard time mustering joy. Everything is such a mess, thanks to you know who, Mr. I-am-thankful-for-myself. I would have liked a window celebrating acts of decency that still take place regardless. But here is window from Bergdorf’s, and a shot in front of a tower that shall not be named:

What fun – and a dream of mine – to be in NYC before Christmas to see all the decorations & stores. (I will admit that I won’t visit the US again until there’s a change in the administration, though. It’s my own tiny little protest.)
