It’s Still Christmas in NYC

Oh wow, someone can’t let go of Christmas. This is new. I passed this by on the way to choir practice last night. I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen it before and I walk down this street every Tuesday night. So someone just put this up.

Thank you, someone. It’s really quite lovely. The robins are a sweet touch.

  1. While I was driving to work this morning, I saw a Christmas tree on the curb waiting for the garbage pickup. It’s FEBRUARY 4TH, for Pete’s sakes!

And a dried out Christmas tree caused the worst house fire with six fatalities in Annapolis last week.

  2. Oh Jesus. That is a terrible story. Something so positive and fun as a Christmas tree killing six people.
