I got plenty. They’re going to eat me out of house and home as a matter of fact.
Not me!

A blog about New York City, my books, and my cats. Mostly.

Yep, the chirp is getting around amongst the gangsta birds: Where to go for eatin’ good in the neighborhood!
But you also get the pleasure of observing the beautiful birds, as well as keeping your cats amused — or is it frustrated?
I had a good friend in New Mexico whose mother, well into her 90s, would – every morning – fill a bucket with birdseed and – wind, rain, or snow – would trek around her few acres to load up her various bird feeders, convinced that, if she didn’t do so, the birds would die. The improbability of that happening was not pressed upon her, because it was such a pleasure to see her good heart in action.
Weston, ha!
And yes Cara, I love having the birds around. The little guys are noisy, but they are also my favorites.
