Angel? Pigeon?

You decide. I say angelic pigeon.

Which reminds me, I loved the most recent Supernatural episode. Castiel’s struggle is breaking my heart, although that bit about what the translation really was, was funny. Oh and his voice mail thing. “I don’t know why you’re asking me to say my name.” Thank you, writers. And actors.

Anyway, I’m exhausted. I will post in the morning. I need to curl up on the couch an watch tv now. I had a long pope post, but I put it aside for later.

  1. Great shot! This one deserves its alternate name: rock dove (which I kinda prefer to “pigeon” anyway).

Can you tell if you are getting the same birds every day, or are they always different, or a combination of some old, some new?

  2. I honestly can’t tell. I only see them for a few seconds at a time since I’m feeding them on the roof and can’t watch them. When I was feeding them on the fire escape I recognized some because of various things, usually because of something sad like a mangled foot.
