A Q&A I just did with author Brenda Peterson just went up on her blog on Huffington Post blog. Thank you, Brenda! I hope we go viral! I’m particularly proud of my answer to the first question.
Most people in my neighborhood dress better than I do, whether they’re visiting or live here. The girl on the right probably lives here because one of those bags looks like a grocery bag.
Oh God. I’ve been invited to do a TEDx talk and in all my excitement I forgot: I have nothing to wear. Universe, please get on that.
NO WAY!!! A TedX talk?! That’s *awesome*! Details, please!!
I’m a little terrified. I’ve started working on my talk and honestly, I don’t understand how people can memorize speeches. I never could and I always do them with only a general idea in my head of what I am going to talk about and then I improvise.
OMG a TED talk! I am so excited for you! As for what to wear, for sure make it comfortable because you don’t want to stand up there and start twitching and scratching! How about a sleeveless dress topped with a constructed jacket?
I’m thinking a very very flattering pair of dark wash jeans and the cutest top I can find.
