Thank God for Choir and Cats

I am so stressed out today. I’m dealing with lots of financial issues at the same time that I’m coordinating an Echo move which always freaks me out and also involves financial issues, AND I have a root canal tomorrow.

Hopefully I will be feeling a lot better after choir, when I come home to this guy and Bleeck. We’ll all curl up with the tv and not give our money issues another thought.

  1. Oh, god,
Why are there always money issues? Seems ridiculous in this country how many people are even WORKING and still the money troubles never let up. I hope they do for you.
And, a root canal, BAH! One of the things I most remember from Helene Hanff’s “84, Charing Cross Road,” she was always planning a trip to London that always got put off because she needed more dental work.
Good luck to you and the kitties this week. We’re pulling for you.

  2. I fear a root canal is in my future — have an appointment mid-February. Ouch! And I got my taxes done today, NOT happy time as I always have to pay in. But at least I got that off my mind for another year.

Hang in — the kitties are always good for a snuggle and bright spot.

  3. Thank you both! The dentist who is doing my root canals is really good, it hasn’t been as horrifying as it’s been in the past.

Cara, I hope you luck out and don’t need one!

CR: That was just so sad that she didn’t get to London in time.
