For years I’ve been searching for a recording of Tracey Ullman singing To Sir, With Love. I heard it once, just once, whenever this originally aired, and I’ve never forgotten it. And now I see it’s been on YouTube since 2018! The whole sketch is worth watching, but her version of Sir is absolutely magical. I implore you: listen.

It is hauntingly beautiful.
Who’s the waiter actor? It’s making me crazy–know he is a popular British character actor and can’t come up with his name. Frustrating!
And oh yes, LOVE Tracey Ullmann, thanks for posting.
Loved her recently on PBS Masterpiece production of “Howard’s End” as she played Aunt Juley
