  2. My favorite part of the photo is the blue statement socks on the gentleman in the top picture.
    Was he wearing a mask? I’m cool with the rest of it if so! 🙂
    Although, I do have to ask this question, does that not count as an arrestable offense in NYC? He seems so casual.

  3. He had a tiny sock on his penis, so he was left alone to wander, at least for the time I saw him. The police have bigger fish to fry. And yes, he was wearing a mask!

    Yes, I know all public workers have their hands full right now. I mostly wondered about the full nude question. I’m surprised you don’t see more people wandering around like this when it gets hot enough!
