As if I needed another reason to love him, Jon Stewart bought a farm in New Jersey that will be used as a home for rescued farm animals.
He’ll be running the sanctuary with his wife Tracey, who has a book coming out titled Do Unto Animals: A Friendly Guide to How Animals Live, and How We Can Make Their Lives Better (Lisel Ashlock, Illustrator). Thank you Jon and Tracey and everyone else who does what they can to make the lives of animals better.
Stacy, I have just finished my advanced copy of The Witch of Lime Street. It deal with a Mrs. Crandon who I first learned about in your book, Unbielievable. Please e-mail me (apingos@aol.com) so I know where to mail it.

Oh, this video is so beyond sweet. I did read that Jon Stewart and his wife are opening a sanctuary for farm animals…how wonderful. I’ve been a longtime follower of “The Gentle Barn” here in CA, and they’ve started another sanctuary in Tennessee. I’m so thrilled that farm animals are finally receiving the compassion and concern that formerly only “exotic” ones were…all animals deserve such reverence.
I couldn’t agree more. And thank God Bentley made it to that woman’s care.
Michael, thank you so much! I actually got an advance copy too and wrote a blurb for the author!! He did such an incredible job researching.
