by Echo crashed yesterday (thank you Jonathan Kay and Alchemy Computer Solutions and Kevin Kroos). I never handled Echo problems very well, and it’s been years since we’ve had a problem like this and I haven’t changed a bit, it turns out.
I was happily researching at the Municipal Archives, and then the New York Public Library and I was blissfully unaware. And then I came home to DISASTER. It’s okay now. I’m trying to recover. Be strong, Stacy. Everything is okay now.
I took this on my way into the Archives yesterday. The Municipal Archives are to the left, and through that archway is One Police Plaza. Such a wonderfully dramatic part of town, I love going there. Law and Order films all over the place here.
